What if my item arrives damaged?
In the highly unlikely event of your item(s) arriving damaged, you must notify me as soon as it arrives and send photo proof. Thereafter I will resolve the issue.
I am not responsible for any damage caused by misuse. It is up to the customer to ensure all items are properly stored and cared for according to the care instructions. You can find these located within the website in the description, under each listed product.
What if the incorrect item arrives?
If I have made a mistake on your order, I will offer to refund or resend depending on the item originally purchased.
What if I have ordered the wrong item?
All of my products are handmade, so I do not offer refunds or exchanges on items if you change your mind or ordered in the wrong colour or style. I provide a detailed product description for each listing, along with information on the hardware used and the approximate measurements.
